39th Stoke Beer Festival, China Halls, Old Spode Works, Church Street, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST4 1JH. Open noon-11pm. Noon-5pm free entry, 5pm-11pm £13 Advance tickets only. Includes admission, glass hire and £5 token. Entry after 5pm without a ticket: £15 (admission, glass hire and £7 token) CAMRA members arriving after 5pm with a valid membership card will receive a £3 voucher.150 beers, over 60 ciders & perries, craft keg, gin, country wines, foreign bottle beer. Street food stalls, live entertainment.

Dead Poets Beer Festival, Dead Poets Inn, 38 Chapel St, Holbrook, Belper DE56 0TQ. 20 ales plus ciders and craft gins, Barbeque (flyer spelling)(weather permitting) live music Saturday 8.30pm

Club fest
West Bridgford Hockey Club 276 Loughborough Road West Bridgford, NG2 7FA Thurs & Fri 16.30-23.00 Sat 12.00- 23.00. Beers:- Black Iris Snake Eyes, Brewsters Stilton Porter, Bristol Beer Factory Fortitude, Castle Rock Screech Owl, Dancing Duck Ay Up, Exmoor Fox, Fixed Wheel Black Cyclone, Grey Trees Chinookan Pale, Kelham Island IPA of the Dead, Magpie Days Like These, Mauldons Lemon Adder, Oakham Green Devil, Ossett Amarillo, Purity Gold, Rooster Yankee, Saltaire Cascade, Sarah Hughes Dark Ruby, Shiny Happy People, Siren Yu lu, Wickwar Bob. beer served mainly by gravity with some handpulls. Ciders:- Lyme Bay Vintage Dry, Barbourne Crimson King Medium Dry. Transport NCT 10 to ASDA (5 min walk) or Kinch 9 to fire station
